Terms like "meatless" or "plant-based" seem more commonplace nowadays. Being vegetarian is still the most accepted term to distinguish the absence of meat from cuisine. Lake County Restaurant Week runs April 14-23, and there are several vegetarian options at participating eateries.
Lake County Restaurant Week: Ten Days to Savor allows diners to CHECK IN TO WIN. The contest features various foodie prizes and a chance to win an overnight/theatre package at Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, Marriott Theatre and Three Embers Restaurant or Wright's Brew & Bistro, a cooking class at The Joyful Gourmet in Libertyville, and a gift card to a participating eatery.
