The Wright's Brew & Bistro NEW FIVE EYES, Wright’s Honey Ale is brewed in collaboration with Tighthead Brewing Co. in Mundelein and Lincolnshire Marriott Resort. This cream ale is made with honey produced on-site at the resort. Pilsner malt provides a grainy sweetness while the honey provides easily-fermented sugars that help dry out the beer, leaving a crisp, refreshing light beer with subtle floral notes. Did you know that bees have five eyes? Cheers!
