Join the exciting marathon adventure! The full marathon spans 18 1/2 miles from Libertyville to Mount Prospect, with start times ranging from 8 am to 10:30 am. Finish times vary from 3 to 6 hours, accommodating paddlers of all ages and abilities, with heats assigned by the amazing Don based on competitiveness, boat type, and past performance. With free shuttles and rental boats available, it's a hassle-free day on the water, where about 25% of participants race competitively and the rest enjoy a leisurely paddle. Stick around for the finish line party with live music by Andrew Saint, food trucks, and awards for the top 3 boats in each class, including the coveted Voyageur trophy. Register by Sunday, April 21st to avoid price increases and ensure a great heat placement.
