Stews & Brews returns to Port Clinton Square for its fifth year on Saturday, October 10, serving as the cozy finale to Highland Park’s 2026 event season. From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., this free, all-ages festival celebrates cold-weather comfort foods, featuring a diverse menu of hearty dishes like beef stroganoff, Hungarian goulash, pozole, and lamb stew.

Visitors can pair their favorite savory bowls with dozens of seasonal beverages, including craft beers, spiced wines, and hot toddies. The evening features live music and a friendly competition where attendees can vote for the best "stew" and "brew" of the night, with winners officially announced at 8:30 p.m.
