The North Chicago Police Department will host National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 4, at three locations across the city. The free, rain-or-shine event is designed to strengthen police-community partnerships and bring neighborhoods together for an evening of fun, connection and safety. Activities include games, music, hot dogs, a dunk tank and family fun for all ages.

Times and locations are as follows:

• 4-5:15 p.m.: 18th and Sheridan Road
• 5:30-6:30 p.m.: Lewis and Morrow avenues
• 6:45-8:15 p.m.: Brookstone at Coles Park Clubhouse

Residents are invited to meet local officers and enjoy the evening with neighbors.
