Chef Gina will lead a hands-on cooking class celebrating harvest season flavors at The Joyful Gourmet. Aprons and workstations will be provided, and the chef-instructor will guide participants through each course with tips and techniques suited for holiday gatherings, tailgates, book clubs or evenings with friends. Ingredients, instruction and cleanup are included, along with one cocktail; additional cocktails, wine and beer are available for purchase at the wine bar. Participants also receive 10% off regularly priced merchandise during the event.

• Harvest Apple Spritz (Prosecco, fresh apple cider, lemon, maple and sparkling water)
• Upside-down pear and brie tart
• Beef tenderloin crostini with creamy horseradish and arugula
• Warm apple cider doughnuts with homemade salted caramel dip
