The Zion Park District will host its Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, July 4, at the Zion Park District Band Shell, located adjacent to the Zion Park District Leisure Center, 2400 Dowie Memorial Drive. The community event will feature food vendors from 6 to 9:30 p.m., along with family-friendly activities including axe throwing, cornhole, face painting, a petting farm, hoverball archery and a giant coloring mural. Live entertainment will be provided by Bella Cain, a Top 40 country band, performing from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The evening will conclude with a fireworks display at 9:30 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to enjoy an evening of entertainment and activities in celebration of Independence Day. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, drug use and pets are prohibited on the event grounds.
