In 2024, MainStreet Libertyville is celebrating their 44th year in operation!
The Libertyville Farmers Market will begin on May 30.
The market will be located in Cook Park on West Church Street and will be held every Thursday from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. through October 17.
With more than 40 vendors this year, there is something for everyone to enjoy all season long. You'll find a great assortment of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as specialty foods like cheeses, French macarons, gourmet and vegan cookies, locally produced honey, handcrafted salsa and preserves, Greek dips, pickles and baked goods galore.
Farmers markets allow customer access to fresh, nutritious food by way of a short supply chain, and help support the local economy as well as growers and producers. A bounty of farm fresh produce, artisan foodstuffs, fresh flowers and tasty baked creations awaits each week in Cook Park. Visit the market for an early breakfast or attend mid-morning and stay for lunch at the market or at one of downtown Libertyville’s restaurants. When you're finished at the market, don't miss out on browsing the many unique shops and boutiques.
