On the campus farm, students in the CLC Horticulture program grow, tend and harvest about 6,000 pounds of produce each year. Café Willow and the student-managed Prairie Restaurant at Brae Loch use the produce.
Farm-grown vegetables, herbs and flower bouquets are available at CLC’s seasonal Farm Market, held Thursdays, June through October, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. on the H Building Lawn.
