Bluegrass Restaurant will host its first-ever Summer Sunday Smoker on June 22, kicking off the season with an afternoon of smoked specialties, craft beer and curated wines. The event will feature pairings from Hopewell Brewing Company and Gundlach Bundschu Winery, along with live smoker demonstrations and tips from the Bluegrass culinary team.
Guests can enjoy signature dishes including infamous corn bisque, special mac and cheese, smoked chicken thighs, Wichita Packing pork belly nuggets, Snake River black wagyu brisket, Wichita corned beef brisket and Wichita baby back ribs, plus surprise selections from Chef Jorge.
The event will take place Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
