Sugar Skull Workshop in Waukegan

The Waukegan Park District is hosting a Sugar Skull Decorating Workshop on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Waukegan History Museum at the Carnegie, located at 1 N. Sheridan Road. Celebrate Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) and decorate your own “calavera de azúcar” (sugar skull) to take home. The workshops are facilitated by Lake County Cultural Association NFP.
