Lake County Road Trips Rules/Terms and Conditions

Dates: June 14, 2024 - September 1, 2024

Eligibility:

• This contest is open to legal residents of the United States residing within 100 miles of Lake County, Illinois.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
• Employees of Lake County Convention & Visitors Bureau and their immediate families are not eligible.

How to Play:

1. Visit [website you choose] to download the official Lake County Road Trip Bingo Board.
2. Explore Lake County and visit the locations listed on the Bingo Board.
3. Capture a photo or video (minimum 10 seconds) as proof of your visit at each location.
4. Bingo board can be played horizontally, vertically, diagonally and four corners. 
5. Submit your photos and videos to the CrowdRiff collector embedded on the website. Be sure to include the location name for each submission.

Winning:

• The one (1) winner will be selected randomly from all participants who have submitted a complete Bingo Board (with corresponding photos/videos for all locations) by September 10, 2024.
• Only one entry per person will be considered.

Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a Lake County Road Trip Swag Bag, including:
  • A road trip t-shirt
  • An overnight stay certificate for a participating Lake County hotel
  • Other items TBA

Terms and Conditions:

• All submissions must be the original work of the entrant and free of copyright infringement.
• By submitting photos and videos, entrants grant Lake County Convention & Visitors Bureau the non-exclusive right to use, publish, and distribute their content for promotional purposes.
• Entries containing inappropriate content will be disqualified.
• The winner will be contacted via email by September 15, 2024.
• The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
• No cash or prize substitutions will be allowed.

Additional Information:

• Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with their prize.
• Lake County Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations at any time.
• Decisions by Lake County Convention & Visitors Bureau are final.
