The Fox Lake Firehouse Fest will bring a fun-filled, two-day event featuring local shopping, family activities, classic cars and community spirit to Fox Lake on Saturday, Sept. 6, and Sunday, Sept. 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Local makers, crafters, boutiques, artisans and small businesses will be on hand for shopping throughout the weekend.

Saturday:

• Car show, $20 entry fee for participants
• Proceeds from the car show will benefit the firehouse
• Family-friendly atmosphere with food, shopping and more

Sunday:

• Pinewood derby, 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• LEGO drive supporting Bricks of Hope

Families, car enthusiasts, derby racers and shoppers alike will find something to enjoy at the event.
