Celebrate the Halloween season at Candles, Costumes & Cannolis from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at Romney Brown Candle Company in downtown Grayslake. Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes while creating a custom candle, building a cannoli and participating in a costume contest featuring multiple categories. Costumes of all styles are welcome, from funny and creative to spooky and over the top. The beginner-friendly candle-making experience includes coconut soy wax and a selection of more than 150 fragrances to create a personalized scent. Instructors will provide step-by-step guidance throughout the workshop. After pouring the candle, participants will build their own cannoli with a choice of traditional flavors or a seasonal pumpkin spice filling. The event is ideal for date nights, outings with friends and family, celebrations or anyone looking for a unique Halloween activity.

Advance ticket purchases are recommended, as themed events frequently sell out and space is limited.
