Romney Brown Candle Company in downtown Grayslake will host Candles and Cannolis. The event pairs the shop’s customizable candle-making experience with a build-your-own cannoli station.

Guests will start by making a custom candle using natural coconut soy wax and choosing from more than 150 clean fragrances. Participants can explore the collection, mix and match favorites and create their own scent, whether they prefer cozy, sweet, fresh, fruity, woodsy or clean notes. Romney Brown’s team will guide them through the process.

After the candle-making portion, guests can build their own cannoli with traditional options and a special seasonal flavor.

No candle-making experience is needed, and the event is designed for all ages.

The event is a fit for a date night, family outing, girls’ night or get-together with friends, and downtown Grayslake is walkable for those who want to explore before or after.
