Explore different Lake County animal species by observing their unique coverings. From feathers to fur, to scales, slime and exoskeletons, discover the adaptations of birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and insects through hands-on investigations, live animal encounters and nature explorations. Runs Tuesday-Thursday.

This program is for children ages 6-7 by the first day of the program. Admission is $95 for residents and $133 for nonresidents. Registration is required.

Schedule: 

• The program meets at Ryerson Education Center on Tuesday, 6/23 & Wednesday, 6/24.
• The program meets at Wright Woods on Thursday, 6/25
