Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with compelling stories that connect Waukegan to American icons. The Oakwood Cemetery Walk is an annual “living history” event that brings Waukegan’s past to life through costumed actors portraying notable local figures with enduring ties to the cemetery and the city’s rich history.
Ticket information:
• Tickets are $15 in advance and $25 the day of the event
• Advance tickets can be purchased at the Waukegan History Museum at the Carnegie located at 1 N. Sheridan Road, the Jack Benny Center for the Arts located at 39 Jack Benny Drive in Bowen Park, the Field House, Sports, Fitness, and Aquatics Center at 800 Baldwin Avenue in Hinkston Park and online by scanning the QR code below.
• Day of the event tickets can be purchased at the Waukegan History Museum at the Carnegie starting at 11am. Limited tickets available and usually sell out.
• Waukegan Historical Society Members 50% o - In-person purchase at Waukegan History Museum at the Carnegie Only.
