The University Center of Lake County will host a University Fair and guest speaker Dr. Sheila Yousuf-Abramson on April 2. The event will feature more than 100 accredited bachelor’s completion, graduate and certification programs from 14 Illinois universities. Attendees can explore financial aid options, scholarship opportunities and program offerings.

A grief workshop led by Dr. Sheila Yousuf-Abramson, a licensed clinical social worker, will be held from 4:30 to 5 p.m. She has extensive experience in areas including child welfare, mental health and bereavement and has provided grief support to children, adolescents and families in hospice and school settings.
