Take some time just for you to unwind as you hear and feel soothing sound frequencies wash over you. Sound baths are when a practitioner plays crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, etc. around you, bathing you in sound. They are great for stress relief, relaxation, meditation, insomnia and have many other benefits. Bring a yoga mat and blanket. A pillow and eye mask are optional but may make you more comfortable. By registering for this session, you are responsible for your own reaction to the sound bath. People with certain medical or mental issues may wish to consult with their physician to make sure a sound bath is right for them. Conditions include, but are not limited to, pregnancy, pacemakers, metal in the body and those who use insulin pumps.
