For the Love of Bumble Bees at Dunn Museum in Libertyville

Discover how bumble bees fit into local ecosystems and how conservation work helps them survive. Bumble bees are important pollinators that support healthy ecosystems and plant diversity. Learn how to identify common bumble bee species and how they live, reproduce, and survive through the seasons. We'll also explore why habitat restoration and monitoring matter and how these efforts support pollinators across the landscape.

Free to Lake County residents, Non-residents $5. Meet at the North Shore Gas Classroom.

Museum Admission can be paid at the front desk for those who wish to visit the rest of the Museum galleries following the program.
