Circle the skies high above Century Park Arboretum flying a kite!  This family event supports the Illinois Association of Park Districts’ “Flying 4 Kids” program which promotes the sale of Park District license plates that feature a kite design. Proceeds from the sale of kite themed license plates support after school programming.

Bring your own kite or purchase one at the event for $10 (while supplies last).  Park at the Century Park Boat Dock Shelter parking lot and walk up to the island picnic shelter.

Snowie the food truck will be on-site serving delicious snow cones forpurchase.

This is a free program and does not require registration.
