Elawa Farm will host a festive evening celebrating Cinco de Mayo in the historic Hay Barn, featuring resident guest chef Ernesto Rodriguez of El Molcajete Sauces. The event offers a celebration of community, seasonal cuisine and thoughtfully paired food and drink. The thoughtfully curated dining experience highlights the vibrant traditions and flavors of the holiday through a seasonal, farm-forward approach.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a welcome mezcal margarita and a selection of canapés. Around 6:45 p.m., guests will transition into a seated, multi-course dinner with wine pairings designed to complement each dish.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the farm grounds, including gardens and nature trails, before dinner begins. Seating will be communal, farm-style in the Hay Barn, which will be seasonally adjusted for comfort.
