Founded in 2017 by Kaye Zubow Kharasch, The Wild Roaster focuses on sourcing quality beans from around the world and roasting them on-site in small batches for maximum freshness and flavor.

Coffee lovers can choose from single-origin coffees and house blends featuring beans sourced from countries including Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Ethiopia, Brazil, Uganda and Colombia. The café serves freshly brewed coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos and seasonal specialty drinks, including its Japanese Flash Chill coffee.
