Indulge your taste buds in a month-long celebration of gastronomic delights with the Lake County February Flavor Festival (LCFFF). From February 1-29, Visit Lake County invites residents and visitors to embark on a culinary journey through the culinary landscapes of Lake County. This delectable event is the fusion of two beloved initiatives – Lake County Restaurant Week and Libation Trail. Participating establishments, including restaurants, breweries, distilleries and wineries, are set to offer exclusive dining experiences, creative drink pairings, chef demonstrations, live entertainment and a host of exciting promotions. The festival aims to spotlight the diverse culinary scene in Lake County, encouraging participants to explore the rich tapestry of flavor. Restaurant-goers can win a number of prizes by “checking in” to five or more eateries, brewpubs, wineries and distilleries via mobile app. Guests who visit five or more restaurants are entered into a sweepstakes with the opportunity to win an overnight dinner/theatre package at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, Three Embers Restaurant and Marriott Theatre, a cooking class at The Joyful Gourmet in Libertyville and/or gift cards to participating restaurants. The Highland Park shindig kicks off with a traditional Chinese dance lesson led by an experienced instructor from Hao Dance of Buffalo Grove.
