Big Day Bird Walk at Ryerson Woods

May is the month for songbird migration. Join a skilled birder on one of the multiple walks this day along the Des Plaines River. By using Citizen Science, you can help locate and count the total number of species and the total number of birds seen on the walk. We will teach techniques on how to identify birds using your eyes and ears. Bring binoculars if you have them. Free, but registration is required. Meet at the Welcome Center parking lot.
