With the newly COVID-19 restrictions lifted, this level of Restore Illinois mitigation Tier 1 permits Lake County restaurants and bars to host indoor dining. Listed below are the protocols bars and restaurants must follow during this phase and tier:

The Lincolnshire pizza, brew and other fare establishment creates artistic beers and has a menu that features have oven hand-tossed produces 12 different brews and also crafts their sodas. For a decade and a half, Mambo Italiano Ristorante has been keeping Italian tradition alive for the generations to come by specializing in traditional styles of Italian Cuisine. This family pizza favorite has been in the Gurnee community since 1990. The claim to fame of Saluto’s is in pizza and pasta, but also has delectable fare like artichoke heart fondue, toasted ravioli salads (that include dressing with their renowned secret recipe) and more. Salutos is open for 25% dine in and carryout currently.
Dedicated to the art of making hand-crafted artisan coal-fired pizza, this Wauconda eatery has a menu that allows them to garner special attention to every ingredient in the building. With locally-sourced produce and dairy and the freshest quality ingredients, the pizzerias make the perfectly balanced pie. The Slyce menu also features salads, sandwiches, tiramisu, gelato and cannoli. Wauconda and Highwood are open for indoor dining while Highwood is open for pickup and delivery.
The oldest brewpub in Illinois still stands in Lake County. This MainStreet Libertyville provides an array of pizza flavors like Hawaiian, Margherita, Mac N’ Cheese N’ Bacon, Vegetarian, BBQ Chicken and many more delectable pies. Mickey Finn's is currently closed till Thursday, February 11, and will reopen for carryout, indoor and alfresco dining on their patio under the heat lamps.
