Session 2
Join James Beard-nominated Chef and Author Abra Berens for a series of virtual cooking demonstrations. Every Wednesday in April from 6 -7 pm, Abra will walk you through how to source the best ingredients, how to properly store them, and fast mid-week recipes. You’ll cover dishes, such as whitefish papillote, squash risotto, chickpea pancakes, and cooking with dry beans. After the demonstration, there will be a live Q&A session with Chef Abra.
