Classic Car Cruise Night at Miller’s Dog N’ Suds Drive-in 
Saturday, August 30,6:30 - 9:30 p.m. Get up close to classic cars from before 1973 and get a front row seat for Hot Rods, Classics, Custom and Antiques. Come out for a Live Broadcast from Lake County’s WRLR FM Radio. Bring a Lawn chair and enjoy Miller’s great food in a classic drive-in atmosphere. And trust us… don’t forget to try their homemade creamy Root Beer! (And it gets even better when you add a little ice cream!!) 66th Annual Jubilee Days Festival and Labor Day Parade 
Saturday, August 30 – Monday, September 1 Saturday: 8 a.m., Sunday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Start the weekend right with a 5K fun run on Saturday, and then you won’t feel so bad when you’re enjoying delicious treats at the ice cream social following the Miss Zion Pageants later that night. Sunday's entertainment includes the Arts and Crafts Festival, food, live music and you guessed it… Fireworks!!! But the party doesn’t stop on Sunday! Monday includes a Mayors Breakfast, and Arts and Crafts Festival, food and the famous Jubilee Parade at 1 p.m. Don’t miss out on the largest Lake County Labor Day parade! Long Grove's Irish Days Saturday, August 30 – Monday, September 1 Saturday - Monday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. 
You don’t have to wait until March to celebrate yours (or someone else’s) Irish heritage. Celebrate all the best that the Irish culture offers including live music, traditional dancers, best legs in a Kilt competition, traditional Irish food and drink, activities for the wee folk, a Irish dog competition and a village-wide leprechaun hunt.
