Wellness Walk - Forest Bathing

Sunday October 15, 2017

Times: 1 pm - 4 pm

Be one of the first in the Chicago region to participate in Forest Bathing. No, you won’t be taking a bath in Ryerson Woods. It’s a form of mindfulness in nature called Shinrin Yoku. Forest Bathing is a rapidly-growing research-based practice that allows one to bathe the senses, reconnect with nature, reduce stress, calm the mind and experience the healing and enriching environment that surrounds us. Forest Bathing Guide, Kathleen Giese Skoller, will apply her training through the Association of Nature and Forest Bathing to guide you through Ryerson Woods.
