Lake Minear Beach is Lake County's premier member-supported 72-acre lake with swimming in the summer, year-round fishing, and a schedule of fun events for members. Play and swim in the refreshing spring-fed waters or just relax on the clean sandy beach. The picnic area is equipped with several picnic tables and charcoal grills. The concession stand is open daily and provides tasty treats and drinks for the family. Free Wi-Fi an a outdoor shower are available. The lake has been stocked with several pan fish so there’s plenty of good fishing, too.
The fees for membership are given below. The first price is the Early Bird Price before April 30, 2016. After becoming a member, avid fishermen pay an extra $65 to receive a gate key to fish sunup to sundown, all year long.
