Prairie Restaurant is a restaurant open to the public, located inside of College of Lake County (CLC) in Grayslake. It is part of the Hospitality and Culinary Management and run by CLC students. It operates throughout the school calendar. The restaurant offers a specific menu/theme for each day of service. They are opened Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. On Mondays, Prairie features a breakfast menu. On Thursdays, typically the students provide a contemporary restaurant menu. Fridays feature Latin cuisine.
