This program of music theater and jazz songbook standards, curated by Kurt Elling to highlight the fellows of RSMI’s Program for Singers, features arrangements by Lee Musiker, who served as music director and pianist on Tony Bennett’s Grammy-winning albums of duets and has backed countless artists across jazz, classical, Broadway, and pop genres. Musiker curated last summer’s sellout RSMI Singers concert that celebrated the music of Stephen Sondheim, and once again he will lead the jazz combo and emcee the performance.
