Created and conducted by Apollo’s Fire Artistic Director Jeannette Sorrell, this program traverses Irish trails studded with wandering bards, pubs and pints, and stony castles—haunting ballads and legends give way to driving reels set off by Celtic fiddlers, flute, and singers alongside hammered dulcimer, plucked instruments, and harpsichord.
