It is that time of year during a global pandemic, when the chilling October wind blows and all sorts of shadowy adventures transpire. Zombies, survivalists, ghouls, and masked costumed revelers of all ages wander Downtown Waukegan. Because of the pandemic, this year is DIY with galleries, venues and businesses doing it for themselves such as: ArtPark is having live musical performances and visual artists as part of their ArtPark Fest; Dandelion Gallery has batik artist Michael Mc Conville; Karcher 405 Gallery has nine artists with a variety of media in the Main Gallery and [jonrev Projects] in The Darkroom; Sidecar Studios will have live art and visual artists; bars will have themed drinks; and costumes are encouraged.
Come downtown to enjoy ... if you dare.
