Batter up! It’s World Series time and what better way to spend your seventh-inning stretch (or lunch break) than with the staff from the National Museum of the American Sailor for our first-ever virtual Lunch and Learn!
Join Museum Technician Kim Ortega, on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 12:00 pm (CST) as she presents “Play Ball!” a brief lecture explores both the historic and modern roles of baseball in the United States Navy. During this presentation, Ms. Ortega will focus on the players and teams stationed at Naval Station Great Lakes.
