The Six Flags Great America 2020 season kicks off on May 2 and runs through December 31! Park closes after Labor Day (Spetember 7) and re-opens for Fright Fest. Park will also be closed after Fright Fest ends and re-open again for Holiday in the Park.
Everyone knows that Six Flags is the world headquarters for the biggest, fastest, most utterly insane thrill rides on Earth – but are you brave enough to ride them?
Grab a seat if you dare on the epic Goliath or Batman™ The Ride and show these coasters who's boss. Your little tykes will love our kid's rides in Hometown Park and Kidzopolis along with family favorites like Justice League™ Battle for Metropolis and Whizzer!
There are some things in life that we all enjoy — like good times with friends, great food and of course, funnel cakes! You only have to wait till Opening Weekend to treat your crew to all three… just save some room for cotton candy and homemade fudge from Trudy's Sweet Shop. After you sample your favorite delectable theme park favorites, satisfy your hunger for great entertainment at Six Flags’ incredible live music shows and performances throughout the park.
All new in 2020, Six Flags Great America is debuting Tsunami Surge, the world's tallest water coaster! With speeds up to 28mph, riders will experience five breathtaking drops and be sent uphill by water blasts during three uphill, gravity-defying climbs. As if that wasn't enough, you start this thrilling adventure from 86 feet in the air - wow! Will you be ready to take on this slide this year? Be sure to get a Season Pass or Membership so that your entry to Hurricane Harbor is free!
