Turkey Trots in Lake County 2018

The average American will eat around 3,000 calories this Thanksgiving and for those who may be uninformed, that's a lot. Is it worth it, you ask? Without a doubt.

Thanks to many incredible Lake County organizations, you can pre-burn a chunk of said calories BEFORE the feast!

 

 

If running sounds like your purgatory, go just to cheer someone on! (It will at least get you away from the stress for a few hours!)
