New Year's Eve in Lake County 2018

The year is nearing completion and with a new one approaching, it's finally time to ring out "Auld Lang Syne" or "times long past" for anyone not proficient in Scottish linguistics.
It is a magical time each year as the clock strikes midnight on December 31 and we've come up with a list of things to do to help celebrate the occasion.

Mickey Finn’s fifth annual New Year’s Eve Party with the Ivy Ford Band. If you show up before 9 p.m., admission is free! After 9, the cover is $15. Free party favors and a champagne toast are included!
Timothy O'Toole's Pub Gurnee, 5572 Grand Ave., Gurnee. 10 p.m.-1 a.m. O'Toole's Libertyville, 412 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville. 9 p.m.-1 a.m.
