Hosted by the Waukegan Park District's Cultural Arts Division and local blues band, THE ROCKIN' ACES come out and invite local bands to join them at Bowen Park. This event will take place once a month at the Morrison Shelter or if the weather doesn't cooperate. Please call form more information.
