New for 2012, this event will bring the sights, sounds and tastes of Bourbon Street to the Chicago area. Enjoy live music, parades and fireworks, as well as authentic food and drink from New Orleans. The streets of Orleans Place and Mardi Gras will be transformed into a party atmosphere featuring the sights, sounds and tastes of Bourbon Street including live music, parades and fireworks. The heart of the festival will be the Rue Le Dodge Bumper Car arena in Orleans Place which will be transformed into a one-of-a-kind dueling piano bar offering New Orleans inspired cocktails and live entertainment. Other festival offerings include nightly fireworks, parades and a crawfish eating contest
