By: Jonathan Jones 09/09/2014

Fall weather is creeping in, and we have the pumpkins to prove it!

Isn't this time of year is just the best?  It's still really nice outside and we have some hot days still ahead of us, but we can also get excited about pumpkin patches, bonfires and end of the summer festivals.

1.) Maze ‘til Midnight at Richardson Adventure Farm, Friday, September 12, 3 p.m. - midnight & Saturday, September 13, 10 a.m. - midnight.

Celebrate the return of fall with favorites like a pumpkin patch, wagon rides, pig races, a petting zoo (including kangaroo!), and some new classics like zorbing, a zip line and a tube slide.  Grab some home made fudge to enjoy while exploring 33 acres of the world’s largest corn maze using flashlights, glow-sticks and the moonlight.  The design of the maze honors the Star Spangled Banner's 200th year, and you can climb the observation tower to see the amazing art work that's carved into the 33 acre field! When the sun goes down, snuggle up to a warm campfires, and cup of hot chocolate.  Richardson Adventure Farm & Corn Maze, 9407 Richardson Rd., Spring Grove, IL
