After the St. Patrick's Day celebrations cease, this weekend in Lake County grasps your arts and theater eye. It was a busy weekend with the festivities of Ireland and March Madness Selection Sunday. Unfortunately, no Illinois teams are in the tournament this year.

With the amount of family fun happening around Lake County, it may spark your interest in writing a song about what we hold near and dear to our area. There are only a little over two weeks remaining to submit your tune for the I Love Lake County Lake County Song Search! (March 29 deadline)

Take a glance at what Lake County has in store for you this weekend as we approach the first day of Spring (March 20). The Lake County Spring Guide will be available that day as well.
