Student Youth Art Month Exhibition @ David Adler Cultural Center March 31
Celebrate Youth Art Month with selected works from students of Adler, Butterfield, Copeland Manor, Rockland Elementary Schools, Highland Middle School,Oak Grove School and Libertyville High School as they exhibit student work throughout the community. There will be a student exhibition and opening reception at the David Adler Music and Arts Center on March 6th to kick off the celebration! At the opening reception there will be a map to locate the businesses throughout Libertyville who are exhibiting student art work.

Blackhawks Roadwatch Party at the Libertyville Sports Complex April 1; 5-10 p.m.
The Blackhawks Roadwatch Party was created to offer Hawks fans a central location to watch their favorite team on the road. This Roadwatch event will include all of the fun of a Hawks home game, including goal celebrations, intermission contests, giveaways, singing of the National Anthem by Jim Cornelison, the Ice Crew and Tommy Hawk, the team's mascot. Tickets and updates will be available at a future date.

3rd Annual Robotics Show@ Antioch Upper Grade School April 2; 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
This is a free family event and is open to the public. The theme for this year's challenge is Dog Agility where teams of middle school youth will program teams of Dog-bots to autonomously complete events that are similar to events used in Dog Agility events. Bring the kids and come meet the Dog-bots.
Spring Break Deals at Jump America April 1; 6 -10 p.m.
Plenty of Jumping & Jamming going on Fridays at Jump America. Admission includes a live DJ, 4 hours of jumptime, pizza (while supplies last) & access to over 16,000 square feet of trampolines including two dodge-ball courts, foam jumping pit, kids zone, and more.

Growing up in Lake County: Exploring History through the Stories of Children
Exhibit@ Lake County Discovery Museum Now until August 31
Ever wondered what life was like for children in the past? Growing Up in Lake County shares the everyday and extraordinary stories of children who grew up in the county. Try your hand at living and working on a pioneer homestead. Discover what life was like for a young drummer boy in the Civil War. Learn about the first African-American family to settle in the county. Attend school in a one-room schoolhouse and play as children did over 100 years ago. Through real artifacts, historical accounts and hands-on experiences, children connect the stories of the past to their own lives in this new exhibition for families.

Around the World in 180 Days: Adlai E. Stevenson II 1953 World Tour Exhibit at the Lake County Discovery Museum Now until August 31
Never-before-seen photographs document Adlai E. Stevenson II while on assignment for Look magazine. Stevenson was hired to go on a six-month tour of Europe and Asia to report on social, political and economic conditions in over 30 countries. Follow Stevenson as he meets with the young Queen Elizabeth II in England, Prime Minister Nehru in India, Prime Minister Ben-Gurion in Israel and other heads of state, interacts with local citizens, and sneaks out to visit local markets, all while assuming the role as America's unofficial diplomat to the world. On display for the first time are more than 40 of Stevenson's private photographs, along with items gifted to him during his time abroad.

Miller's Dog N Suds Classic Car Cruise Night Now until October 19; 5-10 p.m.
Every Saturday night come enjoy Lake County's Original Classic Car Night at Miller's Dog N Suds 50's Style Drive-In. Cars pre-1973 or older, plenty of parkihg for the public. The Car Hops will be happy to serve frosted mugs of real draft root beer, Coney Dogs, Texasburgers, root beer floats and much more. Bring a lawn chair.
